She started her career as a reporter and weather anchor in Tri-Cities, Washington. Currently Abby is a weather reporter and anchor at FOX 13, Seattle.
She joined the team on December 10 2021.Catch her forecasts on Saturday and Sunday 8-11 a.m. and Monday to Wednesday morning.
Prior to joining FOX 13 team, Abby worked as a meteorologist and reporter for Seattle’s ABC affiliate for three years. While there she focused on climate and environmental stories, including pieces about Southern Resident Killer Whales, and local climate change issues.
She also took pride in contributing to important COVID-19 stories throughout the pandemic.
Abby has also worked in Colorado Springs as a morning meteorologist for almost five years. Even though her alarm went off every day at 2 a.m., it was a thrill forecasting for such a complex terrain. She learned a lot about the atmosphere at Colorado, despite the Rockies not making her work any easy as a meteorologist.

She loves outdoor activities and on the weekends you will find her at a local Seattle park or a trailhead in the Cascades.
