Brendon Villegas Big Brother

He first appeared on the 12th season of the Big Brother back in 2010. He then began his showmance with fellow contestant Rachel Reilly. He was faced with eviction alongside his partner Rachel by HOH Matt. He won the HOH and nominated Lane and Ragan. He was nominated for Britney alongside Enzo and saved himself when he won POV and Matt replaced him as a nominee.

He and Ragan were nominated by Hayden for eviction but he was evicted when Ragan won the power of Veto. He became the 4th Big Brother Jury member this season after the immediate eviction of Matt. Villegas voted for Lane to win Big Brother. He returned to the Big Brother in the Double Trouble twist. He was given Rachel, his fiancee as his partner.

Villegas then became immune from eviction when Rachel became the first HoH, and later became a part of the Veterans Alliance. He and Rachel won the Power of Veto as a team in Week 1 in the competition, Faster than a Speeding Veto, but chose not to use it. In Week 3, Brendon again won the Power of Veto in the competition, Hot Legs, after spelling the word “Understanding”, the same word that won him the veto last season.

Villegas chose not to use it, angering ally Daniele who had wanted him to use it against Jeff, causing a split in the Veterans Alliance. In Week 4, Daniele became the new Head of Household, nominating Brendon and Rachel for eviction. On Day 29, Brendon won the Power of Veto for the third time in four weeks in the competition, Time’s Up, but later decided to use it on Rachel. On Day 34, he was evicted by a vote of 5-2 against Jordan, gaining the votes of Rachel and Porsche.

However, on Day 41, Brendon Villegas defeated Lawon in a competition entitled That’s How We Roll to return to the house. On Day 48, he was re-evicted by a vote of 5-1. Brendon is the second houseguest in Big Brother history to be evicted three times, the first being Big Brother 6/7 Kaysar Ridha. In the jury house, he seemed to be very good friends with Jeff. He was the 5th evicted HouseGuest and the 1st Jury member and voted for fiance, Rachel to win.

Brendon Villegas Interview

We caught up with Brendon today to get his thoughts on Big Brother 13.  I think he’s totally real with his answers and I’m pleasantly surprised. I was happy to see him go out with class last night.

Chloe – Why didn’t you work with Daniele and evict Adam instead of Dominic?

Villegas – Because I knew that Daniele wanted Dominic there to work with him and I didn’t trust that she would keep Rachel and me over Dominic, especially after she wanted to betray our alliance so early on.

Chloe – Who would you like sitting next to Rachel in the final two?

Brendon Villegas– I would really like to see Jordan sitting next to Rachel in the final two, because Rachel fought very hard to get there and I know no one will want to give Jordan half a million dollars again.

Chloe – Which cast do you believe was better between your two seasons and why?

Brendon Villegas – I definitely connected with more people from this cast and enjoyed it more.

Chloe – What is your biggest regret in regards to the game?

Brendon Villegas – Not being able to make it with Rachel to the jury.

Chloe –  You often told Rachel to not engage in arguments, but would then join her in them with other HG’s.  Do you regret not following your own advice and avoiding those confrontations?

Brendon Villegas – Absolutely, I wish I had not been so confrontational at times but the problem with me is that anytime anyone starts to personally attack Rachel I will always come to her defense.

Chloe – Besides Dani, who do you feel betrayed you the most?
