Emory Cohen (Emory Isaac Cohen) is an American actor born on 13th June 1990 in New York City, U.S. He is best known for his roles in Brooklyn and The Place Beyond the Pines. He plays the role of Homer in the Netflix series The OA.

Emory began acting at an early age, while attending the Elisabeth Irwin High School he was involved in several theatrical play production of the school. One of the plays he was involved in was The Threepenny Opera in which he played the role of Mr. Peachum.

He began his professional acting career in 2008 playing the role of Trevor in the movie ‘Afterschool’, the movie premiered in Cannes Film Festival the same year. In 2009 he featured in The Hungry Ghost as Matthew.

Emory made his television debut in the TV series Smash where he played the role of Leo Houston and appeared in all the fifteen episodes of the series.
