Kalani Hilliker (Kalani Brooklyn Hilliker) is an American dancer, actress, model and fashion designer born on 23rd September 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.
She was a regular cast member of Dance Moms since its fourth season until 2017. She rose to fame in 2013 as a contestant on the Lifetime reality series Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition.

Kalani’s mother is Kira Girard, Kalani together with her mother appeared on Dance Moms season four. They later left the show following the midseason finale.
Kira emphasized on Twitter that she had a little boy and man at home, and chose family over fame. She later did an interview with International Business Times where she said she pulled Kalani from the show in response “to a request to sign a seven-year contract in order to stay on Season 4.”
Kira and her daughter return during season 5 with little to no explanation. She said: “We had some issues and they have been taken care of.”.

Kalani is in a relationship with Brandon Chang who is also a dancer. They were rumored to be dating in 2015 but Kalani took to Twitter to refute the rumors.

Kalani Hilliker Career
Kalani was part of the dance group “AKsquared,” Disney’s first Make Your Mark: Ultimate Dance Off – Shake It Up Edition winners in 2011.
She had a small ole in one episode of the short-lived ABC Family television series Bunheads in early 2013. In the same year, she competed on the Lifetime reality series Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition finishing fourth.
Kalani competed for the Mini Female Best Dancer title at the inaugural prestigious annual national dance competition The Dance Awards, held in New York in 2011.
She finished as second runner-up to the title out of 100 dancers in the category.
She won the title of Junior Female Best Dancer at The Dance Awards in 2013 representing Club Dance Studio, held in New York.
Hilliker received the opportunity under the title to tour regional locations throughout late 2013 and early 2014 with the prestigious Break The Floor Productions and their affiliate dance conventions Nuvo, JUMP and 24seven, serving as a demonstrator.
She competed for the Teen Female Best Dancer title in 2015 and 2016 finishing second runner-up on both occasions. She also served as a finals judge for the Miss Teen USA competition in 2017 and 2018.

Kalani appeared on Dance Moms during its fourth season in 2014 subsequently becoming a regular cast member in its fifth season in 2015 up until 2017.

Hilliker launched a premium sock line called “KH by Kalani,” making her the youngest influencer ever to create, design and launch her own sock line.
She also has a line of dance wear line, called Kalani Collection in association with Purple Pixies, which launched in 2015 and her own collection for clothing label Mod Angel.
She also paired with Alyce Paris to create a ready-to-wear collection drawn from own personal style. From a sleek bomber and relaxed tees for day to metallic pleated skirts and dresses in flirty silhouettes for evening the collection features on-trend yet timeless pieces in seasonal shades that complement an existing wardrobe.
