The following day which was on a Tuesday, Mills deactivated the blog where she often posted photos of her adventures traveling the world and sometimes details about her relationship with Snowden whom she referred to as E on the blog.
When Mills asked Snowden about his travel to Hong Kong, weeks before the leak, he was vague with his explanation, saying he had to be away for a while.
After the leak, her father, Jonathan Mills, was approached by reporters and he had only nice things to say about his daughter’s boyfriend, describing him as “very nice. Shy, and reserved”.

Though Lindsay was apparently hurt by the news of her boyfriend’s involvement with the leak, it wasn’t enough reason to break their relationship.
