Polly Draper (born as: Polly Carey Draper) is an American actress, writer, producer and director. She is known for her trademark throaty voice.
She rose to prominence with her role in the ABC TV series Thirtysomething from 1987 to 1991 and has since earned several awards like a Writers Guild of America Award (WGA).
In 1998, she co-starred in The Tic Code, her film screenwriting debut. She wrote The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie, which marked her directorial debut in mid-2004 and created and produced the Nickelodeon musical comedy series The Naked Brothers Band (2007–09). She is also the writer, director and is a co-star in the 2018 comedy film Stella’s Last Weekend.

Born in a family of three, Polly is the daughter of venture capitalist and civic leader of the United Nations Development Programme, William Henry Draper III and Phyllis Culbertson, a Peace Corps administrator.
In the 1980s, William Henry Draper III worked as president and chairman of the US Export-Import Bank under president Ronald Reagan’s administration.
She has two siblings: venture capitalist Tim Draper, who is her brother and her sister Rebecca Draper. Their grandfather was army officer, banker, diplomat and government official William Henry Draper Jr.

Draper has been married twice: first to screenwriter and television producer Kevin Wade from 1983 to 1990 and to Michael Wolff since 1992.
Wolff is an American recording artist and jazz pianist. Together, they are parents to two children: sons Nat Wolff and Alex Wolff.
